What drinks are available for purchase at the distillery?
Vodka, Gin, Liqueur, Whisky and Rum tastings are available in our tasting room every day.We also have an extensive handcrafted cocktail menu, and a range of flavoured Seltzers that incorporate
our award-winning spirits to choose from.Locally made beers from Watsacowie Brewery.
Barley Stacks and Emoyeni wines are from local vineyards.We offer a range of non-alcoholic mocktails, juice and soft drinks.CLICK HERE to see our drinks menu.
What food is available for purchase at the distillery?
We do NOT offer meals or hot food at the distillery.
We DO however have pick and mix platters to choose from every day and we regularly host FOOD VENDORS
during our FOOD and MUSIC weekends which cater for those wishing to purchase food.

Should I make a booking even if there’s only a couple of us?
Yes!
We highly encourage EVERYONE to make a booking so that you don’t arrive and we are unable
to find you a seat. Whilst we welcome walk ins, we can’t always guarantee that we will have a spot
for you, especially through busy periods and during extreme weather conditions.

Can I bring more people than I initially booked for?
No. Please check with us first!!!
We are more than happy for you to contact management to try and amend your booking if we can,
but please don’t arrive with more people as this can create havoc for our carefully curated seating and booking system.

If I booked outside but want to change to inside can I do this?
We always endeavour to accommodate our patrons to the best of our ability.
Unfortunately if our indoor area is already booked out, sometimes this just isn’t possible,
particularly during busy periods and when the weather changes.
What are your opening hours? Do they change?
Our regular opening hours are THURSDAY 11am - 6pm & FRIDAY to SUNDAY 11am - 6pm.Monday Long Weekends 11am - 6pmDuring SCHOOL HOLIDAYS we extend our trading hours from Wednesday to Sunday 11am - 6pm.During summer holidays we OCCASIONALLY extend opening hours further.CLICK HERE to view our event dates including trading hours.
Can we BYO alcohol/food/furniture?
No! BYO alcohol is NOT permitted.
We reserve the right to check esky’s.
Anyone bringing alcohol into the property or venue will be asked to leave.BYO food, deck chairs, rugs and tables are WELCOME!!
Can I bring my dog?
Yes!
We welcome dogs, however we also request that your dog respects other patrons as well.Dogs must be kept on a leash and remain outside.
Full responsibility must be assumed for your dog at all times.
Do you have tea/coffee for purchase?
We do not offer tea or coffee.
We do have non alcoholic beverages to choose from.
Can I purchase bottles of your spirits and liqueurs?
Yes.
Retail sales are available at the distillery during opening hours for TAKE AWAY only.
Bottles CANNOT be consumed in the venue or on the property.

Can I purchase other TAKE AWAY alcohol such as beer and wine from your distillery?
Yes.We have local beers and wines that can be purchased for TAKE AWAY.
Can I purchase a bottle of Whisky or Rum from the distillery or online?
Yes.....but....
Each batch of Whisky and Rum takes around 2 years to mature in the barrel.
When it's released it’s a VERY hot commodity, sometimes selling out before it even reaches the shelves!
So if Whisky and Rum is your thing, we recommend putting your name down on our WAITING LIST and we will let you know.
We promise to keep enough for tastings and drinks behind the bar, but if you want a bottle please
join the waiting list HERE and leave us your details.
How long will I have to wait? When will it be ready?
Unfortunately the answer to that question can change, and generally we just go with….
“When Sam says its ready” ! Remember all good things come to those who wait 😉
Believe us, it’s worth the wait! We will contact you as soon as its ready if your name is on the list or
look out for announcements on Facebook and Instagram.
Why can't I always purchase a bottle of Limoncello?
Our Limoncello is a seasonal product and retail bottles sell QUICKLY!
For this reason it may not always be available to purchase by the bottle.

Can I book a production tour of the distillery?
Yes!
However we do require 48 hours notice as production schedules can affect our ability to book these tours.CLICK HERE to contact us about a production tour.
What transport is available from the distillery?
Moonta Passenger & Taxi Service is available for fixed fares from the Copper Coast ( Moonta, Pt Hughes, Kadina or Wallaroo).

Yorke Peninsula Tasting Exravaganza offer full day tasting experiences touring local establishments Sunny Hill Distillery, Emoyeni Wines, Barley Stacks Wines and Watsacowie Brewery, which includes a light lunch and tastings.

PARKING
Is there room to park my car and caravan while we visit your distillery?
Yes. We have ample parking for all vehicles including buses during the day.
Do you offer overnight accommodation or free camp hire on the property?

For large bookings and function hire we are more than happy to provide you with a list of caterers who
