- Wheat Vodka is made using raw wheat grown on farm, mashed, fermented, distilled and bottled entirely on site, making this a 100% "crop to drop" product.
- Wheat Vodka is then used as the base for our gins and liqueurs.
- Whisky is made using barley grown on farm then malted by a small local maltster. It is mashed, fermented, distilled, aged and bottled entirely on site.
- Rum is made from high grade mollasses and raw sugar from Bundaberg. This is fermented, distilled, aged and bottled on site.
