Behind-the-Scenes Distillery Experience
$55/person
Join owner and distiller Sam for an exclusive, 60-minute private tour. Smell, taste, and feel our local botanicals, discover our production secrets, and enjoy a guided tasting flight. Your booking includes 3 hours with a reserved table, so you can take your time and enjoy the scenery.

Cheese & Cocktails Experience
$80/person
Relax while our staff guide you through our signature cocktail menu crafted from on-site spirits—from popular favourites like the Sea Breeze, Pink Floyd, or the famous Fairy Floss. Includes four cocktails per person (1 standard drink each), a generous local cheese platter, and bottomless table water.

Self-Guided Tasting Flights
$35/person
Taste our craft spirits at your own pace over 1.5 hours, then stay on to enjoy the view. Choose from:
- Spirit Tasting Flight: Wheat Vodka, Pink Gin, and Dry Gin with ice & soda/tonic.
- Liqueur Tasting Flight: Choice of 3 (Limoncello, Orangecello, Coffee, Chocolate, or Watermelon Liqueur) served on ice.
- Dark Spirits Tasting Flight: Mix and match Rum, Whisky, and Brandy with ice & Long Rays Dark Soda.
Casual Visits, BYO Picnics & Lawn Space
Prefer a casual drop-in?
Relax on our indoor Chesterfield couches or step out to the large deck and lawn area. Enjoy craft cocktails, spirit jugs, mocktails, and local craft beers or wines. Order a local cheese board, bring your own picnic, or request the BBQ. Lawn games are available—plus kids and dogs are always welcome!
